Personalised Hair Loss Treatment Program
A doctor-guided hair restoration program designed around the individual pattern of hair loss, scalp condition and contributing factors, combining trichoscopy, investigations where indicated, scalp care and selected regenerative or supportive treatments.
About Personalised Hair Loss Treatment Program
““Understand the pattern. Support the follicles. Treat with purpose.””
Hair Loss Treatment at KAC
Hair loss is not one condition.
Different clients may experience hair fall or thinning because of different factors, including:
Genetic pattern hair loss
Nutritional deficiencies
Stress-related shedding
Hormonal changes
Post-illness shedding
Postpartum changes
Scalp conditions
Hair-shaft breakage
Lifestyle factors
Certain medications or medical conditions
Because the causes are different, the treatment should also be different.
At Karthika’s Aesthetic Centre, our Hair Loss Treatment Program begins with assessment before intervention.
We evaluate the pattern of thinning, scalp condition, follicle appearance, medical history and possible contributing factors before deciding which treatments are appropriate.
The treatment plan may include:
• PRP / GFC Hair Therapy
May be considered in selected hair-loss patterns to support existing follicles and hair-growth cycles.
• Hair Mesotherapy / Scalp Infusion
Professional scalp-focused protocols may be incorporated where appropriate.
• Dandruff & Scalp Therapy
Scalp inflammation, scaling and excessive oiliness may need to be controlled as part of the program.
• Nutritional Correction
Iron, vitamin D, B12 or other deficiencies may need to be addressed when confirmed.
• Home-Care Program
Scalp-care products and appropriate topical support may form part of the maintenance plan.
• Lifestyle Guidance
Diet, sleep, stress and hair-care practices are reviewed when relevant.
The aim is to support existing follicles, improve scalp health and reduce avoidable contributors to ongoing hair loss.

Treatment Procedures and Details
What Do We Assess?
• Hair-loss pattern
Frontal thinning, crown thinning, diffuse shedding or patchy loss.
• Hair density
Visible areas of reduced coverage are documented.
• Follicle characteristics
Trichoscopy may help assess follicular openings, hair-shaft variation and scalp condition.
• Scalp health
Dandruff, inflammation, sensitivity and oiliness.
• Hair-shaft quality
Breakage, diameter variation and overall quality.
• Duration of hair loss
Sudden and long-standing hair loss may require different evaluation.
• Family history
Important when pattern hair loss is suspected.
• Medical and nutritional factors
Iron status, thyroid health, vitamin deficiencies and other contributors may be reviewed when clinically indicated.
From this assessment, the treatment strategy may focus on:
Control → Support → Stimulate → Monitor → Maintain
How the Program Works
Step 1 — Hair & Scalp Assessment
History, hair-loss pattern, scalp condition and density are evaluated.
Step 2 — Trichoscopy
Magnified scalp examination may be performed to better understand follicles and hair-shaft characteristics.
Step 3 — Investigations Where Needed
Blood tests may be advised when deficiency, thyroid dysfunction or another systemic contributor is suspected.
Step 4 — Personalised Treatment Selection
Depending on findings, the plan may include:
PRP
GFC
Hair mesotherapy
Scalp therapy
Dandruff treatment
Topical home care
Nutritional correction
Supportive hair-growth protocols
Step 5 — Progress Documentation
Hair density, shedding and scalp health are reviewed periodically.
Step 6 — Maintenance
Hair-loss conditions frequently require ongoing management rather than a one-time treatment
Frequently Asked Questions
Can hair loss be completely cured? Not every form of hair loss can be permanently cured. Many conditions can be managed or improved when the cause and treatment are appropriately identified. Is PRP or GFC suitable for everyone? No. Suitability depends on the pattern, follicle status, medical history and stage of hair loss. Can lost hair grow back? This depends on whether follicles are still viable and on the underlying cause. Areas with long-standing follicular loss may respond differently from early thinning. How many sessions are required? The number and interval depend on the treatment selected and individual response. When will I see improvement? Hair growth is slow. Changes usually need to be assessed over months rather than days or weeks. Do I need blood tests? Not always. Investigations are recommended when the history or examination suggests a possible nutritional, hormonal or medical contributor. Can dandruff cause hair fall? Significant scalp inflammation can worsen shedding or hair quality in some people, so scalp health should be addressed where necessary. Does KAC guarantee hair regrowth? No ethical clinic should guarantee regrowth. Response depends on the diagnosis, follicle viability, stage of hair loss and individual biology. When is specialist referral required? Sudden patchy loss, suspected scarring alopecia, severe inflammation, rapid unexplained loss or complex medical causes require appropriate specialist evaluation.
