Neck Rejuvenation & Firming Program
A personalised, non-surgical neck rejuvenation program designed to support collagen, improve mild skin laxity, soften fine lines and enhance overall neck skin quality using selected technologies such as HIFU, radiofrequency and supportive skin treatments.
About Neck Rejuvenation & Firming Program
““Support collagen. Improve firmness. Refine the neck naturally.””
Neck Rejuvenation at KAC
The neck often shows signs of ageing differently from the face.
Because the skin is thinner and frequently exposed to sun, changes such as fine lines, horizontal neck bands, crepey texture, reduced elasticity and mild laxity can become visible over time.
At Karthika’s Aesthetic Centre, Neck Rejuvenation is planned as a personalised program, not a one-size-fits-all treatment.
The first step is to assess whether the main concern is:
Fine lines
Skin laxity
Texture changes
Dehydration
Sun damage
Jawline-to-neck definition
Overall collagen loss
Depending on the skin condition, the plan may include:
HIFU
May be used for selected cases of deeper laxity and collagen stimulation.
Radiofrequency
Supports gradual firming and collagen remodelling.
RF Microneedling
May be considered when neck texture, pores or deeper skin-quality changes are also present.
Microneedling / Skin Renewal
May support fine-line and texture improvement in suitable clients.
LED / Ultrasound Infusion / Hydration Support
May be used to support skin recovery, hydration and maintenance.
The aim is to improve the quality and firmness of the neck skin while keeping the result natural.

Treatment Procedures and Details
What Do We Assess?
Before treatment, we evaluate:
• Neck laxity
Mild looseness and loss of firmness.
• Horizontal neck lines
Depth and visibility of neck creases.
• Skin texture
Crepey texture, roughness or surface changes.
• Skin thickness
The neck requires careful energy selection because the tissue is thinner than many facial areas.
• Jawline-to-neck transition
Softness or loss of definition is assessed.
• Sun damage
Pigmentation and photoageing often contribute to neck ageing.
• Previous procedures
Past HIFU, RF, fillers, threads or surgery should be reviewed.
• Medical considerations
Treatment planning should respect the anatomy of the neck and any relevant medical history.
The strategy may then focus on:
Firm → Smooth → Support → Maintain
How the Program Works
Step 1 — Assessment
The degree of laxity, fine lines, skin thickness and overall neck quality are reviewed.
Step 2 — Primary Firming Treatment
HIFU or RF may be selected depending on the depth and degree of laxity.
Step 3 — Texture Support
Microneedling, RF Microneedling or other skin-quality treatments may be considered where appropriate.
Step 4 — Recovery & Hydration
LED, ultrasound infusion or hydrating protocols may support recovery and barrier health.
Step 5 — Progress Review
Because collagen remodelling is gradual, improvement is reviewed over several weeks or months.
Step 6 — Maintenance
Periodic maintenance may be recommended according to age, skin quality and treatment response.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can Neck Rejuvenation remove all neck lines? No. The goal is to soften visible lines and improve skin quality, not erase every line completely. Can HIFU be used on the neck? In selected areas and suitable clients, HIFU may be used for collagen stimulation and firmness support after proper assessment. Does RF help neck laxity? RF may support gradual tightening and collagen remodelling in mild-to-moderate cases. Can this treat severe neck sagging? Non-surgical treatments have limits. Advanced laxity may require surgical evaluation for meaningful correction. Is Neck Rejuvenation the same as a neck lift? No. This is a non-surgical program and cannot reproduce a surgical neck lift. Can the jawline and neck be treated together? Yes, in many cases the jawline, submental area and neck are assessed together to create a more balanced treatment plan. How soon are results visible? Hydration and texture changes may appear earlier, while collagen-related improvements develop gradually. Is there downtime? It depends on the treatment selected. RF and HIFU usually have limited downtime, while microneedling-based treatments may involve temporary redness or sensitivity.
