About Fine Lines & Wrinkle Reduction Program

““Smooth. Support. Strengthen — while keeping your expression natural.””

Fine Lines & Wrinkle Reduction at KAC

Fine lines and wrinkles develop for different reasons.

Some are related to dehydration and surface dryness, while others are associated with collagen loss, reduced elasticity, sun exposure, repetitive facial movement and natural ageing.

At Karthika’s Aesthetic Centre, we do not treat every wrinkle the same way.

Our approach begins by understanding the type, depth and cause of the lines before choosing the treatment.

Depending on the concern, your personalised plan may include:

• Radiofrequency
To support collagen stimulation, firmness and gradual smoothing of early lines.

• RF Microneedling
For deeper texture changes, pores and collagen remodelling.

• Dermapen / Microneedling
For controlled skin renewal and fine-line support.

• HIFU
For selected clients where wrinkles are associated with laxity and deeper collagen loss.

• Chemical Peels
For superficial texture, dullness and fine surface lines where appropriate.

• LED Light Therapy
For skin recovery and rejuvenation support.

• Ultrasound Skin Infusion / MediFacials
For hydration, barrier support and maintenance of smoother-looking skin.

The aim is not to erase every line.

The goal is to improve skin quality, smoothness and firmness while preserving natural facial expression.

Treatment Procedures and Details

What Do We Assess?

Before planning treatment, we evaluate:

• Fine-line location
Forehead, eye area, cheeks, mouth or lower face.

• Wrinkle depth
Whether the concern is superficial or more established.

• Skin hydration
Dehydrated skin can make fine lines appear more prominent.

• Texture & pores
Surface quality is reviewed.

• Skin firmness
Loss of support can make wrinkles more visible.

• Pigmentation & sun damage
Photoageing often occurs alongside fine lines.

• Facial movement
Dynamic lines and static wrinkles behave differently.

• Previous aesthetic treatment
Past lasers, HIFU, RF, injectables or other procedures are reviewed.

From this assessment, we decide whether the priority should be:

Hydrate → Resurface → Stimulate → Firm → Maintain

Feature Cards

How the Program Works

The treatment plan depends on the type of fine lines and wrinkles present.

Step 1 — Hydration & Skin Preparation

If dryness or barrier weakness is making lines more visible, hydration and skin support may be addressed first.

Step 2 — Surface Renewal

Peels, MediFacials or microneedling may be used for superficial texture and early fine lines.

Step 3 — Collagen Stimulation

RF, RF Microneedling, HIFU or other appropriate technologies may be introduced to support deeper collagen remodelling.

Step 4 — Recovery & Support

LED, ultrasound infusion or calming treatments may be used where appropriate.

Step 5 — Maintenance

Progress is reviewed over time and maintenance is planned according to age, skin condition and response.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can fine lines be completely removed? No treatment can guarantee complete removal. The goal is to soften their appearance and improve overall skin quality. Are all wrinkles treated the same way? No. Superficial dehydration lines, static wrinkles and laxity-related lines may need different approaches. Does KAC use Botox or fillers for this service? No. This program focuses on non-surgical, non-injectable treatment options. Can RF help wrinkles? RF may support collagen stimulation and improve the appearance of early lines and skin firmness. Can microneedling help fine lines? Yes, in selected clients it may help support texture improvement and collagen remodelling. When will I see results? Hydration-related improvements may appear earlier, while collagen-related changes develop gradually over several weeks or months. Is there downtime? It depends on the treatment selected. RF and LED usually have minimal downtime, while microneedling or peels may involve temporary redness or sensitivity. Will my face look different or unnatural? The objective is to improve skin quality while preserving natural facial movement and expression.
